We stand behind SAVR.

We built SAVR to handle the heat, the dust and the long hauls of Australian driving. We trust our gear, and we want you to trust it too.

Every SAVR sensor pack comes with a 2-year replacement warranty from the date of purchase. Sensors bought under the Safety Sam brand keep their original 12-month warranty. If it's a manufacturing fault or a technical glitch, we'll make it right.

What's covered

Any defect in materials or workmanship under normal use, including:

  • Connection issues: a sensor that won't talk to the TPMS Connect app after you've worked through our troubleshooting steps.
  • Accuracy: pressure or temperature readings that are consistently wrong.
  • Hardware failure: a sensor casing or seal that fails, or a sensor that stops working within the warranty period.

What's not covered

  • Lost sensors: keep those anti-theft nuts tight and the tool in your glovebox.
  • Accidental damage: hit a rock at 80 km/h and crush a sensor and that's a battle scar, not a warranty claim.
  • Batteries: standard CR1632 coin cells that last 12 to 24 months and take two minutes to swap.
  • Normal wear: fading in the Aussie sun won't stop the sensor working.

How to make a claim

You're dealing with real people on the Sunshine Coast, not an overseas call centre.

  1. Email support@savr.me or use the live chat on any page.
  2. Tell us what's up: your order number (or proof of purchase), which sensor, and a quick description, photo or screenshot.
  3. The fix: if it's a confirmed fault we'll send a replacement, usually without you sending anything back.

Your rights

Our warranty is in addition to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. We're locals, we play by the rules, and we want you to be happy with your purchase.
