SAVR ships from our fulfilment centre in Sydney, Australia. All prices are in Australian dollars unless shown otherwise at checkout.

Processing time

Orders placed before 1 pm AEST on a business day are usually shipped the same day. Orders placed after 1 pm, or on weekends and public holidays, are usually shipped the next business day. Once your order ships, we'll email you a tracking link.

Shipping within Australia

  • Free standard shipping on SAVR sensor packs
  • Express shipping: $9.95

We deliver Australia-wide, including regional and remote areas. Orders are sent with Australia Post or another trusted courier, and delivery times depend on your location.

International shipping

We currently ship to New Zealand, the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom and most countries in the European Union.

  • New Zealand: free standard shipping on orders over $100 (3 to 5 business days); express $9.95 (3 to 5 business days)
  • United States and Canada: free standard shipping on orders over $100 (5 to 8 business days); express $14.95 (3 to 5 business days)
  • United Kingdom and Europe: free standard shipping on orders over $100 (5 to 8 business days); express $14.95 (3 to 5 business days)

Orders under $100 are charged standard shipping at the rate shown at checkout. Delivery times are estimates from dispatch and are not guaranteed.

Duties and taxes

For some destinations, import duties and taxes are calculated and charged at checkout, so there is nothing more to pay on delivery. Where they are not charged at checkout, your local customs authority may charge duties or taxes on delivery, and these are the customer's responsibility.

Delays, lost or damaged parcels

Delivery times are estimates and can be affected by carriers, customs and events outside our control. If your tracking hasn't updated for several business days, or your parcel arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos, and we'll make it right.

Changing your address

If you need to change your delivery address, contact us as soon as possible. We can only change the address before your order has been dispatched.
