SAVR live tyre pressure and temperature shown on an Apple CarPlay screen in a 4WD SAVR live tyre pressure and temperature for every tyre shown on an Android Auto screen

It talks. That is the whole point.

“Warning. Caravan rear left. Tyre pressure is too low.”

Every other system asks you to look at a screen. SAVR speaks through your vehicle speakers, so you hear which wheel needs attention without taking your eyes off the road. Alerts play while you are using Bluetooth audio, Apple CarPlay or Android Auto, whatever app is on screen at the time. And on Apple CarPlay or Android Auto you can bring every tyre up on your car's own display whenever you want a look.

01

No extra screen

Your phone is the monitor, and with Apple CarPlay or Android Auto so is the screen already in your car. Nothing to mount on the dash, nothing to wire into power, nothing extra to charge or replace.

02

No booster. Ever.

Sensors transmit up to 15 metres straight to your phone, tested on caravans up to 25 ft. Every pack size works without a relay or repeater.

03

Fit it yourself

External sensors screw onto the valve stem in about five minutes, using only the spanner in the box. No mechanic, no tyre shop.

Built for the road ahead

Why it matters when you are towing.

Tyre problems usually start quietly. A slow leak, a rising temperature or an unexpected pressure change is hard to feel from the driver's seat, and harder again with a caravan or trailer behind you.

Weight, heat, speed and distance all put extra stress on towing tyres. SAVR tracks the change as you drive and tells you when a reading moves outside the limits you set, so a developing problem becomes a planned roadside stop instead of a damaged tyre, rim or wheel arch. There is more in our guide to preventing caravan tyre blowouts.

  • Pressure and temperature on every monitored wheel
  • Your own high and low pressure limits
  • Separate profiles for the car and the van
  • Add 2 or 4 sensor packs as your setup grows

Live data. Clear alerts.

Questions, answered.

What is a Bluetooth tyre pressure monitoring system?

A Bluetooth TPMS uses sensors fitted to your tyre valves to send pressure and temperature readings straight to an app on your phone. SAVR shows those readings in the TPMS Connect app and warns you by voice when a tyre moves outside the limits you set. There is a full explainer in the complete guide to tyre pressure monitoring systems.

Does SAVR work with Apple CarPlay and Android Auto?

Yes, both. TPMS Connect is a native Apple CarPlay and Android Auto app. Connect your phone (wired or wireless), tap the SAVR icon on your car's screen and every tyre appears with live pressure and temperature, including your caravan or trailer. Voice alerts play through the stereo no matter which app is open. No hub, no subscription, and it works with sensors you already own. See CarPlay in action or see Android Auto in action.

Which sensor pack should I buy?

Count the tyres you want monitored, spares included, and match that number. Packs come in 2, 4, 6, 8, 10, 12, 14 and 16 sensors. The 8 sensor pack is the most popular because it covers a tow vehicle and a tandem-axle van together. The larger packs suit fleet vehicles and rigs towing multiple trailers.

Will SAVR fit my vehicle or caravan?

SAVR sensors screw onto standard Schrader tyre valve stems, which is what the vast majority of cars, 4WDs, caravans and trailers in Australia use. If your vehicle has an unusual valve design or limited clearance, check the compatibility guide first.

Do I need a booster or repeater?

No. SAVR connects directly to your phone and needs no booster, relay or repeater on any pack size. Sensors transmit up to 15 metres and have been tested on caravans up to approximately 25 feet. There is no extra box to mount, wire, charge or power.

Does the app work while my phone is locked?

Yes. Once the app is open and the phone permissions are enabled, SAVR keeps monitoring in the background while your phone is locked. You do not need to sit there watching it.

Can I monitor my tow vehicle and caravan at the same time?

Yes. The 6, 8, 10, 12, 14 and 16 sensor packs cover combinations of tow vehicles, caravans, trailers and spare wheels. You can set separate profiles and pressure ranges for each setup, since a van rarely runs the same pressures as the car pulling it.

How long do the sensor batteries last?

Each sensor uses a replaceable CR1632 battery, typically lasting 12 to 24 months depending on use, temperature and battery quality. They are sold at automotive stores, battery retailers and most supermarkets, and the app warns you before one goes flat.

Do I need a mechanic to install it?

No. The external sensors screw onto the valve stem and are fitted yourself, usually in about five minutes, using only the spanner in the box. No mechanic and no tyre shop.

Can the sensors be stolen?

Every pack includes anti-theft lock nuts and a fitting tool. Once locked on, the sensors cannot simply be unscrewed by hand at a campsite or a car park.

What is the difference between external and internal TPMS sensors?

External sensors screw onto the tyre valve and can be fitted, moved and replaced without removing the tyre. Internal sensors sit inside the wheel and normally need a tyre shop to install and service. There is a full comparison in our external versus internal TPMS guide.

What should I do if a sensor stops reading?

Most reading issues come down to a battery, an app permission or a pairing setting, and all three are quick fixes. Follow the TPMS troubleshooting guide, or email support@savr.me and you will get a real answer.
