What is SAVR?
SAVR is an app-based tyre pressure monitoring system that lets you monitor live tyre pressure and temperature on your phone or your car's Apple CarPlay or Android Auto screen, with early voice alerts if something changes.
What comes in the box?
Each SAVR pack includes:
- Your chosen number of tyre pressure and temperature sensors, batteries pre-installed
- Matching anti-theft lock nuts and the fitting tool

Is SAVR difficult to use?
No. It's designed to be straightforward. Fit the sensors, connect the app, set your pressure ranges, and drive. Once set up, it runs quietly in the background.
Installation & setup
How are the sensors installed?
The sensors screw onto standard tyre valve stems. No wiring, drilling or permanent modifications are required.
How long does installation take?
Most people have the system installed and connected in just a few minutes.
Do I need professional installation?
No. SAVR is designed to be installed by the user without specialist tools.
Compatibility
Will SAVR work with my vehicle?
If your vehicle uses standard Schrader valve stems and you have a smartphone, SAVR is likely compatible. It works with most cars, SUVs, 4WDs, caravans and trailers.
Is SAVR suitable for towing and caravans?
Yes. Monitoring tyre pressure and temperature is especially valuable when towing or carrying load, where small changes can have a bigger impact.
Can I monitor more than one vehicle?
Yes. The app allows you to set up and monitor multiple vehicles, such as your own car, a caravan, or a family member's vehicle, all from the same phone.
Alerts & notifications
How do alerts work?
If a tyre moves outside your chosen pressure or temperature range, the app highlights the specific tyre and speaks the warning through your phone or car stereo, so you know exactly which tyre needs attention.
Are alerts loud or distracting?
Alerts are designed to inform, not distract. They're clear and tyre-specific, helping you respond quickly without unnecessary noise.
Can I customise alert thresholds?
Yes. You can set pressure and temperature ranges in the app to suit your vehicle, load and driving conditions.

Which phones are supported?
SAVR works with most modern iOS and Android smartphones using Bluetooth, through the free TPMS Connect app.
Does SAVR work with Apple CarPlay and Android Auto?
Yes, both. TPMS Connect is a native Apple CarPlay and Android Auto app. Connect your phone (wired or wireless), tap the SAVR icon and every tyre appears on your car's screen with live pressure and temperature, including your caravan or trailer. Voice alerts play through the stereo whatever app is open. No hub, no subscription, and it works with sensors you already own. See CarPlay in action or see Android Auto in action.
Do I need an internet connection?
No. Bluetooth is used to connect the sensors to your phone. An internet connection is not required for normal use.
Shipping, returns & support
Where do you ship from?
Orders are shipped from Australia. Free shipping, and orders placed before 2pm AEST on a business day usually dispatch the same day.
What warranty is included?
SAVR sensor packs include a 2-year warranty and 30-day returns. Sensors bought under the Safety Sam brand keep their original 12-month warranty. Full details are on the Warranty page.
